Shipping & Collection Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed through the Singapore Cricket Club Online Store are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during normal operational hours. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability
  • Personalisation requests (e.g. name printing)
  • Supplier or production timelines

Please note that SCC does not hold large quantities of stock on-site, and some items may be stored off-site or supplied through external partners.

2. Standard & Express Delivery Option

  • Standard Delivery Fee (5-8 working days): SGD $10
  • Express Delivery Fee (1-2 working days): SGD $50

An Express Delivery option is available for customers who require urgent fulfilment.

This option is discouraged and intended only for exceptional circumstances, as it requires manual coordination and special logistical arrangements.

Express Delivery Details

  • Delivery will be attempted within 1-2 business days where operationally possible.
  • Express fulfilment is dependent on stock availability and logistics scheduling.
  • SCC reserves the right to decline or cancel express delivery requests if next-day fulfilment cannot be reasonably accommodated.

If express delivery cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe, the express delivery fee may be refunded at SCC’s discretion.

3. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered to the SCC Front Desk and the customer has been notified, responsibility for collection transfers to the customer.

SCC will not be responsible for:

  • Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe
  • Delays caused by customer availability
  • Loss or misplacement of items after confirmed delivery to the collection point

4. Incorrect Order or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information provided is accurate.

SCC shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect:

  • Customer names
  • Email addresses
  • Contact information

5. Changes to Shipping Policy

SCC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
