To ensure that all returns and exchanges are processed smoothly and efficiently, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided that they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Original packaging intact
- Labels and tags attached
- Returned in re-sellable condition
Please note that personalised/customised items (including printed names) are non-returnable.
Before You Return Your Item
Before sending or dropping off any return, please contact our team with the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return or exchange
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
This helps us prepare and process your request faster.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product:
- Step 1 - Place and pay for the replacement item through the SCC Online Store.
- Step 2 - Contact our team to confirm the return request.
- Step 3 - Return the original item to the designated return location provided by our team.
- Step 4 - Notify us once the item has been returned.
Once inspected and approved, a refund, store credit, or credit note (less applicable fees) may be processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are subject to:
- A 10% administrative fee
- Deduction of any applicable fulfilment, delivery, or payment processing charges
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing time: 7–14 business days
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear supporting photos
Our team will review the matter and advise on the next steps.
Return Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return delivery costs unless the return is due to an SCC error.
Please do not return items without first contacting our team.
Returns sent without prior communication may experience delays in processing.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- SCC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Slight manufacturing or sizing variations may occur and sizing charts should be used as a guide only
