Return & Refund Policy

At Singapore Cricket Club, we aim to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the operational structure of our merchandise program, the following refund and return conditions apply.

By placing an order through the Singapore Cricket Club Online Store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the item being delivered to the customer.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • All original packaging must remain intact
  • Labels and tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in re-sellable condition

SCC reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above requirements.

2. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative fee + any fulfilment, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers operational costs associated with:

  • Order processing
  • Inventory handling
  • Logistics and storage
  • Payment processing fees

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, the following process must be followed:

  1. Place and pay for the replacement item through the Singapore Cricket Club.
  2. Return the original item to the designated return location after speaking to our team.
  3. Notify the our team that the return has been made.

Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in re-sellable condition, a credit note or refund (less the administrative fee) may be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Personalised or customised items (including name printing)
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Personalised items are produced specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be resold or returned.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect, or
  • Damaged upon delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos if applicable

We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Return Shipping / Return Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for arranging the return of items to SCC unless the return is due to an error on SCC’s part.
  • Returns must be delivered to the designated return location as specified by our team.
  • Shipping or delivery costs associated with returns are non-refundable.

7. Processing Time

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds or credits may take 7–14 business days to be processed.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

8. Right to Refuse Returns

SCC reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

9. Policy Updates

SCC reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
